The Beginning

I figured since I am an old married woman now and have my husband by my side, I would move to blogging about OUR lives together and not just about my life on facebook! :)

John and I got married on May 23, 2009 and our lives together rarely slow down! John is teaching Special Education at Central Gwinnett High School and coaching football and basketball. I am teaching Special Education at Archer High School and coaching Softball. We both have a love for athletics and it shows as we like to get out in the yard to play football, chip golf balls, and play just about any sport we can. We also turn many things in life into a competition. Most importantly we love to support each other through our love of coaching.

Since getting married, John and I have experienced so many things from our 5 day cruise to the Bahamas for our honeymoon, getting our house the way we want it, writing thank you notes, taking a few vacations, summer work outs with our teams, working out ourselves, starting back to school and just spending time together.

I am starting this blog to keep you guys posted on our lives together, I hope you enjoy the journey!
